What your VA handles

One system. The whole back office.

✓ Quotes & follow-up
✓ Dispatch coordination
✓ COIs & compliance
✓ Email & file organization
✓ Vendor coordination
✓ FMCSA-audit support
✓ Sales conversion
✓ Reputation management
✓ SEO & GEO visibility
✓ Compliance & file tracking
✓ CRM cleanup and follow-up
✓ Human-in-the-loop workflows
✓ SOPs built around your process
✓ Fast, clear delegation

We start with the right VA setup. If your operation needs a more hands-on support role, we scale from there. We also layer in SEO and GEO strategy so your moving company shows up in both search engines and AI discovery, while organizing compliance files and operational records in a clean, review-ready system. The right match is based on your workflow, not a preset label.

The Problem

You did not start a moving company to answer phones all day.

Missed calls equal lost jobs

Every voicemail is a competitor's booking. Nights and weekends are the worst, and that is when most booking calls come in.

Quotes go cold

Leads who do not book in 24 hours usually do not book at all. Follow-up falls off the owner's plate within a week.

Dispatch eats your day

Texting crews, updating customers, rescheduling moves, chasing COIs, it never stops. The owner becomes the bottleneck.

Hiring locally is brutal

Steep payroll, two weeks to train, three months to trust, and they quit in six. There has to be a better way.

Whether you are buried in it or you have stepped up to growth and just need the back office to run without you — hiring locally is expensive, training takes forever, and managing another employee is one more job on your plate. There is a better way.

Why Opsly

This isn't another offshore VA agency.

You've probably tried one already. A generalist gets placed, learns your business on your dime, and the agency disappears 90 days later when the guarantee runs out. Opsly was built differently from the ground up — by an operator who actually ran the back office of a profitable moving company, for owners who need a real system, not a marketplace placement.

01

Built from inside the industry

Most agencies place a generalist and hope they figure out moving on your time. Opsly's playbook was built by an operator who ran the back office of a real US moving company — not by a consultant who watched from outside.

02

A managed seat, not a marketplace placement

You're not hiring through a freelance platform. Jeff personally onboards every account. Quality is reviewed weekly. Backup coverage is included. Your specialist stays accountable for the life of the engagement.

03

Documented communication workflows

Customer communications can be reviewed against your approved procedures, with clear escalation for consent questions, sensitive issues, and decisions that need owner approval. Human review supports oversight; it does not guarantee legal compliance.

04

The whole customer journey, not just admin tasks

From the first inbound call to the post-move review response. Lead intake, dispatch coordination, day-of communications, reputation management. Your crews load trucks. We run everything else around them.

05

Exclusive to your market

One client per metro. No competitor in your city works with Opsly. Your intel, your pricing strategy, your customer insights — all stay exclusively yours. We don't arm both sides.

Less than the cost of a US admin. The output of three.

Industry-trained, senior-managed, compliance-built-in. The way an offshore back office should have worked the first time you tried one.
How It Works

From first call to fully managed in 3 steps.

1

Discovery Call

30 minutes with Jeff. We talk through your operation, the bottlenecks, and whether Opsly is a fit. No pressure, no sales script — just an honest conversation.

2

Operations Diagnostic

We map your current workflow, identify where work is getting delayed or dropped, and recommend the support model that fits your operation. You leave with a clear picture of the gaps and practical next steps.

3

Your Team Goes Live

We recruit, train, and deploy the right remote support model for your business. JEF AI is added from day one, and Jeff stays involved through onboarding and the first 90 days.

The Truth About AI in Moving

Why "full AI automation" is costing moving companies deals.

⚠ Review automated outreach
$500–$1,500
Potential TCPA statutory damages per violation; law and facts apply.

Automated outreach can raise consent, opt-out, and record-keeping requirements, while moving jobs involve time-sensitive questions about estimates, schedules, and service details. The FCC has determined that AI-generated voices fall within TCPA restrictions on artificial or prerecorded voice calls. Requirements depend on the communication and the carrier's circumstances; human review can add a checkpoint, but it does not replace legal review or guarantee compliance.

Considering automated calls or texts? Review consent, opt-out, identification, and record-keeping requirements for your messages and jurisdictions with qualified counsel before launching.

What Opsly Built Instead

AI does the heavy lifting. Drafting, processing, consistency, context. A trained human makes the call on tone, timing, and the compliance-sensitive sends.

People review sensitive customer messages and handle exceptions requiring context or operational judgment. This adds a review step; it does not guarantee against errors or legal exposure.

"AI-powered. Human-executed."

The companies quietly outperforming their markets right now are running this hybrid. Not full AI. Not full manual. Both, working together.

Franchise-Ready Operations

Your back office is your franchise asset.
Most owners don't know it yet.

Most independent movers in the $1M–$10M range have their back office living inside a personal IC relationship, one person who could quit, or the owner's own head. That structure is not transferable, not disclosable in an FDD, and not auditable by a buyer or franchisor. It caps your valuation and blocks both the franchise and acquisition paths.

Every major US moving franchise — Two Men and a Truck, College HUNKS, You Move Me — sells centralized back-office as their core FDD value proposition. Franchisees pay 6–8% royalty to access it. Opsly delivers the same operational layer at a flat monthly fee. When your back office lives inside a vendor MSA with documented SOPs and redundant staff, you have an asset disclosable in FDD Item 8 as a designated supplier — and a business that's sellable at a real multiple.

The Royalty Tax
6–8%

Of revenue paid to franchisors

TMT, CHHJ, and You Move Me all charge ongoing royalties for access to their centralized back-office. Independents pay that math forever — or build their own equivalent.

Franchise-Readiness Framework
Pillar 3

Systemized back-office

Of the four pillars (proven model · unit economics · documented operations · legal infrastructure), Opsly directly delivers the third and contributes to the first. The other two require a franchise attorney — we'll always tell you that upfront.

The Disclosure Path

Designated supplier in FDD Item 8

When your operations live inside a real vendor MSA with documented SOPs and redundant staff, your back office becomes a licensable asset. You skip the multi-million-dollar cost of building a TMT-style support center, and you get the foundation buyers and franchisors actually pay for.

Service Tiers

Choose your support level.

Every tier includes Jeff personally onboarding your team, JEF AI deployed from day one, and a strict one-client-per-market policy. We will never work with your competitors in the same market. We start with the right VA setup for your workflow. If your operation needs a more hands-on support role, we scale from there. The discovery call determines the exact fit.

Not ready for a fully managed engagement? We source, vet, and train a moving-industry-fluent VA, then place them directly into your freelance relationship. You manage the VA yourself after onboarding.

  • 10 days moving-industry training
  • 15 days post-placement support from Jeff
  • VA paid directly by you, $8/hour
  • No JEF AI access
  • No ongoing Opsly management
  • Day 31+: relationship is yours to run

Honest note: this is not our recommended path. Most owners who try direct VA management end up wanting Opsly's full-service tiers within 6 months. We offer it because some operations are not ready for managed service — and that is fine.

JEF AI — Methodology Engine

The operational brain your Opsly VA runs on — not a chatbot your customers talk to. The decision trees, persona scripts, competitor response modules, and judgment frameworks JEF runs on are the actual product — and the actual moat.

We've had moving companies ask for "just the prompts" after a demo call. We've watched competitors try to reverse-engineer screenshots. The methodology is the asset. We protect it.

JEF handles: persona pivoting on ghosted touches · recapture window on lost leads · operational pretext follow-ups · implicit-action recovery · estimate verification · lost-lead gracious close · operator QC pass methodology · competitor response modules (out-of-territory and underbid audits) · COI orchestration · claims triage with FMCSA window tracking · post-booking revenue protection routing · move-day QA temperature checks. Each scenario is mapped to a decision tree, a persona, a compliance check, and a draft template — all stress-tested in production before deployment.

What We Handle

If it doesn't require boots on the ground, Opsly owns it.

Your in-house team loads trucks and runs moves. Our remote team handles everything else — quietly, professionally, and inside your existing stack.

Leads That Never Go Cold

Every inbound call answered by a real person. Lead info captured, job profile created in your CRM, and a clear callback commitment given to the customer — even when your sales team is on a job or on a move.

Quoted But Not Booked — Worked, Not Forgotten

Every unbooked quote gets pulled, read in context, and followed up with the right message at the right time. Not a drip sequence. Someone actually owns it — which is why it converts.

Inside Your Existing Stack

Your CRM, operations platform, communications tools, and current workflows. Your team stays inside the tools it already uses — you do not change platforms by default.

Crews That Never Wait

Pre-move confirmations, day-of check-ins, post-move wrap-up. Your trucks roll on time and your customers know exactly when to expect them.

Reputation, Professionally Managed

Review requests sent after every move. Responses drafted and human-reviewed to protect your rating from the loud minority.

Sales Handoff, Not Sales Replacement

Opsly handles intake and follow-up. Booking decisions route to your sales team or owner. No lost leads from missed calls or cold queues — and no confusion about who closes the deal.

How This Pays For Itself

The math owners actually feel.

Three structural wins built into every Opsly engagement. Not marketing claims — operational mechanics.

5-Star Reviews Become The Default

When move coordinators keep your customer informed throughout the move — pre-move confirmation, day-of arrival updates, mid-move temperature check, end-of-day wrap — review sentiment shifts from "I survived my move" to "they actually communicated with me the whole time." That informed-customer pattern is the single highest-leverage driver of 5-star reviews in moving. Reputation compounds. Reviews drive bookings.

Organized DOT Compliance Records

Keep driver qualification files, ELD/HOS records, insurance certificates, and audit-response documents organized through your existing workflows. A coordinator can help track documents and flag missing items; the carrier remains responsible for regulatory compliance. Insurance requirements and pricing vary by carrier and policy.

Your Client's Journey Mirrors Ours

The way Opsly treats you is the way Opsly's team will treat your customers. Responsive, professional, present, never robotic. The communication standard you experience during onboarding is the exact standard your customers experience during their move. If our service to you ever drops, that is your earliest signal we are also dropping with your customers — which is why we make the bar non-negotiable.

The Founder

Jeferson Lauron

I have spent my entire career inside customer-facing operations, handling inbound calls, dispatching field teams, and owning the back office for businesses that live or die on response time.

Most recently I was running the back office for a US moving company, building the systems that kept the operation organized, responsive, and profitable. I started as an agency placement and earned my way to a direct independent contractor role by proactively expanding my scope beyond what the job required. In under 12 months, I helped drive 60 to 70 percent revenue growth by building a system that turned noise and chaos into efficiency and silence.

I freed the owner's time. I handled his email and the company's email. I managed a Social Media Manager and supported two Move Coordinators. I worked every unbooked quote — pulling context, reading the conversation, deciding how and when to follow up. I was the jack of all trades, and I did not need a tool subscription to do any of it.

Everybody wants to sell you full AI automation. It is expensive. It is loud. And the ROI rarely shows up in your bank account. Think of it this way: while everybody else is selling you their own scrappy version of a Tesla, we are already a Toyota. Reliable. Efficient. Built to last.

That is the foundation of Opsly. Everything we offer is a productized version of the systems I built inside a real moving company, running real crews, on real moves.

I personally onboard every client. Limited to 3 to 4 new clients per month.

Pricing varies based on the size of your operation, the tier you choose, and any custom requirements. The FCC has determined AI-generated voices fall within TCPA restrictions on artificial or prerecorded voice calls. A VA handles the operational support side: inbox, CRM, quote follow-up, file organization, and day-to-day admin. A move coordinator manages the customer journey: pre-move confirmations, dispatch communication, day-of updates, and damage claims. Opsly provides both, trained for the moving industry.
Usually, yes. Opsly works around the CRM, operations platform, communications tools, and workflows your company already uses. Integration possibilities depend on the software and access available, so we scope the right connection during discovery rather than forcing you to change platforms.
When you hire a VA directly, you handle recruiting, training, managing, and continuity if they transition. With Opsly, we handle all of that. You get a fully managed team trained on your SOPs, backed by JEF AI, with Jeff personally onboarding you. If a team member transitions, we backfill from our trained contractor network — your SOPs and JEF AI preserve your operational context, so you never restart from zero.
Quality. Every new client gets personal onboarding from Jeff, custom SOPs, and a trained team built for their specific operation. Intake is intentionally limited so Jeff personally handles every new client through their first 90 days. Rushing onboarding produces churn — and churn destroys both sides.
No. Opsly operates under a one-client-per-market rule. Once you sign, no other moving company in your city works with us. Your operations intel, SOPs, pricing strategies, and sales playbooks stay exclusively yours.
Month-to-month through your probationary period — give 30 days written notice and you are out, no penalty. After that, you can lock in a discounted annual rate. ROI typically shows up in the first month through quote follow-ups that would have otherwise gone cold.
Yes. Opsly VAs and support roles are trained on the full FMCSA document workflow — driver qualification files, ELD/HOS logs, shipping document cross-checks, insurance certificates, and audit-response coordination. During a compliance review, your support team handles the document chain so you handle the investigator conversation. Most moving company owners already have the systems in place. The gap is the coordination layer. That is what Opsly provides.

Yes. Most clients start with The Operator (one VA) and add coordinators as volume grows. Social media management and specialist roles can be added at any point with a 2-week onboarding lead time. Nothing is locked in at signing — month-to-month means you scale up when the business calls for it.
