Opsly is a remote operations agency for independent US moving companies, founded and operated by Jeferson Lauron, based in Cebu, Philippines. The Opsly website is the public-facing front of the business. For any privacy-related question, write to jefersonlauron@opslymoves.com.
We collect only what you give us through the site, plus the standard server-side metadata every web host records.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, fingerprinting, behavioral profiling, or session-replay tools. We do not set non-essential cookies on the main marketing pages.
Information you submit is used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and following up about Opsly's services. Specifically:
Automatically collected metadata is used for site security, basic traffic understanding, and debugging. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We use a small number of vetted third-party services to operate the site. Each handles a specific slice of data and is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

We do not share your information with anyone else without your consent, except where required by law (subpoena, court order, or similar legal process).
The Opsly marketing pages (this site) do not set tracking cookies, use localStorage to persist data about you, or run third-party analytics.
When you click a Calendly booking link, the Calendly booking flow uses its own cookies as needed to schedule the meeting. Those are Calendly's cookies, governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights over the data we hold about you. We honor the same set of rights for every visitor regardless of location:

We retain inquiry information for as long as the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you re-engage. As a working rule:
Opsly is based in the Philippines. Our processors (Formspree, Calendly, Vercel, Google Fonts) operate primarily in the United States. By submitting information through this site, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own. We rely on each processor's own legal mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses, Privacy Framework participation, etc.) for these transfers.
This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We use a strict Content Security Policy, modern security headers, and a human-reviewed comms posture. We do not store payment information through the site. That said, no system on the internet is 100% secure — we do our best, and we tell you immediately if we ever discover a breach affecting your information.
We may update this policy as the business grows. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes get an email notice to anyone who has previously contacted us.
